Dear Friend of Pawling Rotary,

Pawling Rotary invites you to participate in our 14th annual golf outing honoring Henry Schaber, Pawling Family Quick Stop. Henry is known throughout our community for his service and leadership. He is committed to the Rotary motto, “Service Above Self,” and tirelessly supports our efforts to do “good in the world” and here in Pawling. Our club is proud to honor him at this year’s event.

Please join us on Monday, June 1st for our annual golf tournament, at the beautiful Quaker Hill Country Club. Our outing gets underway with registration at 11:00 am and lunch from 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm. Shotgun start time will be at 1:00 pm. Golfing will be a scramble format and the fee is $250 per golfer, which includes your day on the links, golf cart, lunch, and dinner with a cash bar. If you wish to join us for Dinner only at 5:30 pm to celebrate our honoree Henry, the cost is $75.

■ Event Sponsorship is $1,000.00.Your organization will be featured on the cover of the
journal and includes a full-page AD.
■ Repeat Hole Sponsorship – $125. Includes 1/2 page Journal AD
■ New Hole Sponsorship – $150. Includes signage and 1/2 page Journal AD
■ Lunch, Beverage Cart and Dinner Sponsorships – $500. Includes signage and 1/2 page Journal AD
■ Deadline for AD Submission – May 20, 2026

There will be a 50/50 drawing and Raffles at dinner. Please make your reservations soon as space is limited. Reservations for the Golf + Dinner or Dinner Only, may be made by calling John Ammaturo at 845 656-4707. On line payment is now also available by clicking the links on the right.

Proceeds from this event will help fund many of the educational programs supported by our Rotary that benefit Pawling’s youth, including The Roger Smith-Pawling Rotary College Scholarship Program, the Interact Club of Pawling, R.Y.L.A. Leadership Conference, personalized Dictionaries to public and private school third grade students, scholarships to Pawling Recreation’s after school and camp programs, and The Smith-Johnson Scout Cabin.

If you are unable to join us on June 1st, but would like to support our educational initiatives, donations may be made to The Pawling Rotary Club. Henry will be notified of your generosity. The members of Pawling Rotary look forward to seeing you at this special annual event, as we honor a member of the Pawling community whose leadership and hard work has had a lasting and profound impact.
